The Python Micro-framework Landscape: An Adventurer's Guide

Date: Wednesday, September 14th @ 7pm

Chris Baglieri is a language-agnostic polyglot with experience in producing web-based applications using Ruby, Python, and probably Java and a host of other languages. At this month's meeting, he'll provide an overview of the Python microframework landscape, pointing out the commonalities and the unique characteristics of the various packages he's tried. If you like the idea of a small, light, and fast (in terms of dev time and performance) web development framework, or you want to bring your Python skills to the web without the overhead of learning Django or Pyramid, definitely check out Chris's talk.
